While Max was at preschool this morning, Grandpa Dale and I thought we would have a mini photo session with Emily. This beautiful pink formal dress is compliments of Great Aunt Gail, Great Aunt Lois and Great Uncle Don. Emily obliged us, but she wasn't particularly happy. This dress fits a baby girl from 6 to 12 lbs and we kind of had to squeeze her in the dress. She has surpassed 12 lbs! I think the tight fit made her a little cranky. :-)

The Jungle

We checked out "The Jungle" on Tuesday night with Laura, Samantha, Matthew, Sherry & Arianne. It was awesome! Max was having the time of his life running after & trying to keep up with Matthew, Samantha and Arianne through the tunnels, down the slides, in the ball pit all in a jungle themed indoor entertainment center. It was also great because Laura and Sherry enjoyed holding & snuggling with Em. I got a nice break.

We had a nice visit with Lara & family on Sunday afternoon. From left to right: Summer, Bill, Maxine (aka "Max"), Sam & Lara.

We took a walk this evening and this was the first time she wore her new outfit. She got a couple of nice compliments on it at the park.
