Art Class #4

Today’s art class involved putting glue on a plastic bottle and decorating it with multi-colored glitter. Emily is sitting patiently with her plastic bottle waiting for Teacher Erin and Teacher Patricia to bring the glue & glitter.

Emily puts the glue on her bottle with a paint brush

Putting her finishing glue/glitter touches on the bottle. After the project was completed, we filled the container with water and put a glow stick in the bottle. We turned off the lights and checked out our cool glowing project!

Then Emily diligently worked on the 2nd part of her Bird Feeder project that she started last week. She put glue on the feeder and stuck tiles, rocks, and a variety of decorative items onto her feeder. I attempted to assist her, but she wanted to work independently.

The main page is now a blog also, so from time to time I will update the front page picture.

The old Home Page is available here.

Emily insisted on sitting in Max’s lap on the way home. He tolerated it for about 5 minutes then told her that she was too heavy and needed to sit in her own seat.

Max and Emily’s blogs are up and running again on my new hosting service.

I will probably stay with this look and feel and will be adding back the old content here over time.

We have resolved all the issues with Max and Emily’s blogs. We should start seeing the old photos coming back. Max’s are all restored now and Emily’s are on their way.

Emily turns 21 months old today (Wednesday, April 22nd)!

First swim of the season on Sunday, April 19th! It hit 95 degrees plus!

Emily spent most of her time in the shower instead of the pool
